Community Health Needs Assessment
Holland Hospital is a member of the CHNA (Community Health Needs Assessment) Steering Committee. The needs assessment is conducted every 3 years in order to remain as a Charitable 501(c)3 Hospital. The results of these studies are used to assist in planning, implementation of programs and services, evaluating results, allocation of resources and achieving improved health outcomes specifically related to identified needs. The first report was released in April of 2012 followed by the most recent report in the spring of 2015. Work is underway by the group for the release of the 2018 report.
