Only Health Care Organization in Michigan to Receive this Honor
For 20 years in a row, Holland Hospital has been named one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®, a recognition that places the hospital among the most influential and preferred employers along the Lakeshore. Holland Hospital is the only health care organization in the state to maintain this distinction for 20 consecutive years.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® program is presented through the National Association for Business Resources(NABR), which identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment.
Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education and development, community initiatives, diversity, recognition and retention.
