The website was completely rebuilt with you in mind with concise, informative, engaging content, plus fewer clicks to find a doctor or to discover videos on topics that impact your health and wellness. User Experience
- It’s easy to find a doctor, service or location. Those links are in the header of every page and are bright green to catch your eye.
- The new Find a Doctor page allows visitors to sort by medical specialty, name or related keywords.
- The redesigned Locations pages helps visitors quickly and easily find medical offices and addresses or see hospital and Lakeshore Health Partner offices on a map. Mobile users can tap to navigate or call.
- New online bill pay is secure and easy to use. Find it on the home page.
- There's a new smart search feature in the header of every page. You start typing, and, just like Google, it auto-populates suggestions to aid your search and save time.
- Pages load faster, especially for smartphone users who are not connected to high-speed Wi-Fi.
Videos
- Our new video library allows users to swiftly locate videos on topics of interest. Looking for a video on stroke, concussions, joint replacement or throwing injuries? You could visit our YouTube channel to access the same great content. Find a link to the video library in the footer of every page.
- You'll find larger format videos conveniently embedded on service line pages.

- There’s less page clutter; we used analytics to determine what people want and refined our content to meet your needs.
