Culinary Cabaret

A night of culinary delights and live entertainment with proceeds supporting vital health services

HOLLAND, Mich., March 4, 2025 — Holland Hospital will host its annual Culinary Cabaret on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the Pinnacle Center. This year's event is extra special as it celebrates 30 years of the Holland Community Health Center (HCHC) and its unwavering commitment to providing compassionate care to uninsured and under-insured individuals across the lakeshore communities.

The Culinary Cabaret features exquisite cuisine from the area's top restaurants, including 1983 Restaurants, Big Lake Brewing, Boatwerks Waterfront Restaurant and Events Center - part of RedWater Restaurant Group, Borrowed Time, Butch's Dry Dock, Crane's Pie Pantry Restaurant & Winery and Crane's In The City, Culture Cheese Shop, Fenn Valley Vineyard & Wine Cellar, Gilmore Catering, Holland Cakery 'n' Sweets, Hudsonville Ice Cream, Mezkla Taqueria, The Pinnacle Center, Tulyp Hotel and Uncommon Coffee Roasters.

The evening includes live entertainment and exciting live and silent auctions featuring desirable prizes. Attendees can indulge in delicious food, mingle with over 500 guests, and make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

Support from the community empowers HCHC to continue its vital work, providing primary, behavioral health and preventative care, as well as obstetrics, well-patient visits and children's health. Beyond traditional health care, HCHC addresses barriers to access by offering transportation and social services. In 2024, HCHC served 5,497 patients with nearly 16,000 patient visits, demonstrating the profound impact of community support.

"For 30 years, HCHC has been a beacon of hope, ensuring our community members have access to quality health care, regardless of their financial circumstances," says Jessica Ritchie, practice manager at HCHC. "The Culinary Cabaret is a powerful reminder of the community's dedication to this mission, and we are deeply grateful for the generosity of everyone involved."

HCHC has been a lifeline for the community for three decades, serving over 4,560 individuals annually in the Holland, Fennville, West Olive, Saugatuck, and Douglas areas. Last year, the Culinary Cabaret raised a record $232,299, and Holland Hospital hopes to surpass that goal this year and ensure another 30 years of accessible health care for the community.

Holland Hospital extends its sincere gratitude to the sponsors who made the event possible, including Platinum Partners EV Construction, Holland Hospital Physician Offices and Trimedx.

Culinary Cabaret takes place at the Pinnacle Center in Hudsonville from 6-9 p.m. More information is available online at hollandhospital.org/cabaret. Individual tickets are available for $155 online and guests must be 21 or older. Event updates can be found on Facebook.
